  1. Standard Return Policy

Buyer shall have 5 business days from receipt of goods to notify us of the issue at info@kwfashioncorp.com, and 14 business days to return the goods from the date the package is delivered. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that was received by the Buyer. The item must be in the original packaging. All returns must include the credit request form and order number & RMA that the Seller provides. All returns/exchanges without an order number & RMA will be refused or shipped back to the Buyer at Buyer’s expense. 

If 30 calendar days or more have passed since your purchase, no store credit or exchanges are permitted.

Any type of non-defective return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping will not be reimbursed. Upon receipt of your return, we will make reimbursements by store credit only. we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return.

Store Credit does not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Only items that have been purchased directly from KW Fashion can be returned. All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  1. Defective Items Return Policy

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@kwfashioncorp.com with pictures of details of the product and the defect.

All returns will be processed through email to keep all records. All requests must be submitted to info@kwfashioncorp.com including your order number, style number, explanation of the return, and picture of the defective merchandise.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
